Francisco Valentín Barragán:
President and founder of the organization
Francisco Valentín Barragán, a gardener by profession, has practiced altruism for over 27 years and has focused on helping underprivileged communities throughout the United States, Mexico and Latin America. From his heart comes a fervent desire to help others and be a part of change. Francisco is a community leader with great credibility and impact in the community.
Its motto "Do good without looking at whom" The work has been carried out in an exemplary manner and its tireless work has benefited thousands of families.
Brenda Nava:
Brenda Nava, vice president of Mil Sonrisas, an innate entrepreneur and always willing to help everyone around her, her focus is to help the foundation continue to grow in an organized way and reach many more places.
"The feeling I get every time we are working on a cause is incomparable. I not only feel motivated but committed to continue creating a Thousand Smiles."
Esmeralda Hernández:
Esmeralda Hernandez is the secretary of the Thousand Smiles Foundation and a pioneer of it, she has collaborated with other organizations that work for the community, programs for children in art, home improvements, participation in entrepreneur markets. She has been a volunteer in the foundation for 4 years, her greatest commitment is to help the community in everything within her reach, it motivates her to see the smile of those people who at some point feel hopeless.

Fidela Franco:
Fidela Franco is the volunteer director, pioneer of the Thousand Smiles Foundation. She has been a community leader for 9 years, her contribution has been focused mainly on children and young people giving them love and support wanting to keep them away from bad decisions and missteps that at that age are crucial to have a better future.
Gabriel Espinoza MTZ:
Treasurer, Gabriel is a man committed to help, from a very young age he understood that love is not only the affection felt for the people who are always around us, but that true love is in loving others, those in need. Her trajectory has been wide and has taught her that difficult situations always bring positive things to learn from, to be grateful for and to reproduce with others.

Mission
We are an international non-profit foundation, we are free thinkers and do not belong to a specific religion, we focus on children, grandparents and the sick.
We help children with cancer with medicines and other expenses such as airfare and food, and low-income children in countries such as Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, Salvador, Haiti, Dominican Republic and other countries, with clothes, shoes, toys, backpacks with school supplies and we reward the children with the best grades, to motivate them to continue preparing for a better future.

Vision
Our vision is for children with cancer to receive their necessary treatments so that they can fulfill their dreams and for low-income children.
That the grandparents have a place where they can share with other grandparents and not feel alone, that they do not lack food or medicine and can rest in peace, and that homeless people have an opportunity to change their lives for the good of themselves and their families.
We dream of a world with more and fairer opportunities for all equally. We dream of having schools for children with disabilities, homes for grandparents, workshops where we learn handicrafts and look for job opportunities.
We want a better world for everyone including animals such as dogs and cats.
